During this stressful time of a global pandemic. Our school is doing a passion project.

Wich is time to spend working and growing in your passion. Personally, I believe that everyone has a purpose and passion in life. However, it's something that most people procrastinate in. They put it off, But everyone has a passion and a purpose.

My passion is cooking, I love experimenting with different ingredients, flavor combinations, recipes, and different cuisines. My family loves to be adventurous and step out of our comfort zones, so we grew up eating everything. My brother’s favorite food when he was little was sushi! And now I am eating pig face, jackfruit, frog legs, durian, alligator, escargot, and a pig eyeball.

We also, love to travel and shape most of our vacations around food, and there I love embracing the local business, restaurants, and my favorite there, markets. They have fresh local produce, that was picked that day, it is so much better than the produce at your local grocery store. I love food markets so much, it's kind of an obsession by now. So, for my passion project, I set up this blog and made a plan. My passion project is to cook at least one thing every day, try to challenge myself, and then write my blog on Friday.

There is no better day than today to pursue that passion, you just have to take the opportunity, especially in these circumstances because we are currently quarantined because o

f Corona. Since there's not much to do, you can take hold of this opportunity and grow in your passion.

So, just give yourself permission to let go and have a little fun just like I did. It's been really thrilling so far and I've really grown in cooking and bonding with my mom, which I've been cooking with as my sous chef. We have a lot of fun together singing and cooking!
