My Master in Crime.

Mom, she also goes by mother and MOM!!! (when I need something), but she also wears many hats like a therapist, personal cleaner, mentor, chauffeur, role model, chef, and most of all friend. I love her so much, and I am so glad that we are close.

The photo above is of us "vibing" (mom likes to make fun of the word) in Austin. I love going out on dates with her!

So, I would like to dedicate this blog post to her because first of all, I wouldn't be here without her (like really!), and because she has made me become the (sort of, I'm getting better) confident person today.

She is an amazing chef! She did culinary school in Chicago and was so close to making it to master chef. I first got interested in cooking from watching her. It was in my younger years watching her pour love into us and others through her cooking. She has been there for me every step of the way in my culinary journey. I learned almost everything from her.

She also raised me to be an adventurous eater, making me eat everything on my plate and opening up my mind to different cultures and experiences through food. As I said before, when my brother was five, his favorite food was sushi. Her passion for food and adventure is truly inspiring.

She means so much to me!
